Nicole is a graduate of the intensive 4 year Classical Osteopathy program with the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. Nicole is also a graduate of York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Nicole also has a certification in Reflexology, Therapeutic Touch and meditative practice.

Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy, which balances the body within its own centre of gravity. Through gentle movement and manipulations the body is balanced allowing the body to self regulate and self heal. Nicole’s Osteopathic approach is based on principles applied to the body weaving together a thorough understanding of the interrelationship between anatomy and physiology. Nicole’s education was aimed at teaching the student to think and apply reason to the workings of the body; to be independent of any memorized technique or approach and to act based on palpation and intelligence. Nicole is a talented, intuitive therapist who artfully combines all of her knowledge and training for a truly healing and unique experience.

Availability

Availability: Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
One day a week Nicole works 1:30 pm – 9 pm (this day varies on a weekly basis).

Pricing

45 minute initial osteopathic assessment is $106 plus hst.
25 minute osteopathic treatment is $84.00 plus hst.

45 minute initial osteopathic assessment for children 10 and under is $101 plus hst.

25 min osteopathic treatment for children 10 and under is $75.25 plus hst.
